Stayed here for 3 nights and thoroughly enjoyed our choice. Tea, toast, granola, porridge, and fruit for breakfast were much appreciated. We lived in the double room with a lovely garden.

The units at Comfortable Rooms in Birmingham are super cozy and have a great homely feel. I loved having my own kitchen with a dining area, where I could make my own meals. The shared bathroom was clean, and they even provided slippers to wear! It made me feel right at home.
The only thing I didn't particularly like was the shared bathroom with a shower. It’s just my personal preference, but I know some people don't mind it at all.

Actually everything was great, my next choice again in Birmingham. The location was marvellous, in a quiet area, it's a plus. Plus, it was next to Birmingham Grand Central station, south Birmingham and Good to explore Birmingham.

The place was spotlessly clean, I booked the queen room with garden views, everything was perfect. The staff were amiable at this place. There were central heating, an iron and ironing board, and a work desk in the room, truly enjoyed that. The breakfast was varied and delicious, tea, toast, granola, porridge, and fruit. The location was great and I could use free parking nearby: )

During my return visit to this lovely hotel, Delia gave me a warm welcome and ensured that I felt right at home. The cleanliness of her house and the shared bathroom were impeccable, and the powerful shower was a delightful perk. The room itself was peaceful, bright, and airy, with a stunning view of the garden and treetops beyond. The comfortable bed, blackout curtains, and serene atmosphere guaranteed a good night's sleep. I also appreciated the delicious breakfast options, excellent WiFi, ample reading material, and convenient parking.
Can recommend this hotel.

location: the hotel was short walk to birmingham and surrounding attractions, birmingham grand central station and good to explore birmingham. lucky that it was a 10-15 minute walk from lee's kitchen, offering food to go.

Great value for money with comfortable rooms and a convenient location near the M42 and train station. The host, Delia, was welcoming and helpful, making me feel at home. The property is in a quiet area with plenty of shops nearby.
The breakfast could have been improved with more variety.

The host was friendly and knowledgeable about the area.
No TV in the room, which may be a problem for some.

Had a blast hiking and cycling near the B&B. The complimentary bikes were a hoot! Breakfast was yummy, especially the vegetarian options. WiFi was great, kept me connected to share my adventures.
Couldn't find a single thing to dislike. Guess I'm just too easy to please!

I absolutely loved the cozy and charming decor at Comfortable Rooms. The hotel had a lovely homely feel, with comfortable furniture and beautiful artwork on the walls. It was a pleasure to relax in the general areas, such as the sun terrace and shared kitchen. As a senior woman, I also appreciated that the hotel was easily accessible, with no stairs to climb and plenty of seating available throughout.
If I had to suggest one improvement for a better vacation for senior people, it would be to have more staff available to assist with carrying luggage or offering additional help if needed. Sometimes the children working there seemed a bit busy and were unable to provide immediate assistance.

Everything was fantastic.
